OLAKHOTA NORTHERN INUIT DOGS
Mahlek and Olakhota's combined success.
While in the UK, Olakhota kennels worked in partnership with Mahlek kennels and Julie Kelham, founder of the NI society and one of the people responsible for how the NI has evolved.
We bred several litters between us and have seen some of these dogs have fantastic success at shows. As the NI isnt KC registered, we hold several shows of our own up and down the country, we also compete in companion shows and here in Ireland, I compete at dog shows held with Agricultural shows.

Mahlek Olakhota Inukshuk
Known to everyone as Nookie, this beautiful boy has won the status of NI Champion, he was best in Show at Oldham 2007 and Essex 2007, consequently receiving Dog of the Year award for that year, BIS at Skipton 2008 and Dog of the year again and he was Reserve BIS at Skipton show this year 2009.
Mahlek Olakhota Saskia
Saskia is owned by Andy, Tracie and Georgie Fowler of Honiahaka Northern Inuit dogs.
Saskia took BIS at both Essex and Oldham shows 2006 and was named dog of the year 2006, she was also Reserve Best NI in show at the British Catalan dog show 2007.
